Owner, Overseer, Lead Groomer Extraordinaire, Droopy Dog Lover
Owner & Lead Groomer Hannah is the heart of Wigs Pet Spa, bringing over 10 years of professional dog expertise and 7 years of dog & cat grooming know-how to every appointment. Hannah's favourite activities are perfecting a Poodle cut, taking her pups to shows, or cuddling an English Bulldog. An award-winning groomer with a genuine love for animals and her craft, you'll often find her covered in soap, trying to keep her Bassett Hounds Barbara and Marge clean, or throwing a ball for her spirited (see: naughty) Westie, Gladys.

If you haven't met Mishal, prepare to be charmed! A Chihuahua fanatic with an infectious smile and cheery demeanor, her cheery energy and genuine care make grooming day feel like a treat for our furry friends.
Luce
Store & Salon Assistant, Smoocher of Sighthounds
​Part of the Wigs Pet Spa family since day one when we opened in July 2023, Luce has over 6 years of experience working with dogs in rescue, dog-sitting, daycare and now grooming. She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, bathing and blow-drying or booking appointments. She's happiest surrounded by noodley dogs. Chat with her about sighthounds and she'll happily show you 100 pictures of her beloved Whippet, Rudi!​
Issie
Store Assistant, Cosy Vibe Creator, Labrador Adorer
Issie is the friendly face you'll meet when you walk in on our busiest days - always friendly, always helpful, and genuinely invested in looking after you and your pets. If you want to make Issie happiest you'll have to book in a Labrador. She keeps our shop and salon looking pristine, she brings genuine care to every customer interaction, and she's always happy to help!

Gladys
Second In Command, Supervisor and Bodyguard
Breed: West Highland White Terrier
Age: 7​
Gladys is our oldest member of the team and takes her job very seriously. She defends the premises and isn't a fan of strangers- she demands a thorough inspection before you may pass. She may be strict and drives a hard bargain but with her chosen family she is the sweetest, goodest girl. She has perfect recall except around chase-able birds, is an impeccable part-time model, ADORES being blasted with the force dryer and will do anything to get the best chew. She spends most of her day flinging a toy around, sneaking a cuddle from human friends, and barking at our beloved clients.
Marge
Meeter & Greeter, Professional Socialite, Morale Booster & Lead Napper
Breed: Basset Hound
Age: 2
The sweetest soul on the team with social skills to match. Marge has an uncanny ability to make every dog feel at ease and is often found cuddling with (or being trampled by) her little sister Barbara. She genuinely loves every dog she meets and somehow manages to be both the life of the party and the team's champion napper. If you've never heard a Bassett Hound bark, you may be shocked at the noises that come out of her when she's playing. Fair warning: you'll want to steal her.

Passionate, excitable, sweet, and fiery, Barbara is the goofiest lady you'll ever meet. She only joined the team recently but she sure has made a big impression! She is very passionate about tug-of-war, thinks the best toy is the one you're holding (or whatever her sisters have) and approaches all tasks and chores with intense, infectious enthusiasm. Her energy is contagious, and she's proof that good things really do come in smaller packages- or at least they start out that way, she's working on overtaking Marge in size.
Rudi
Voted Most Fashionable, Speedy Zoomer, Longest Tallest Noodle Boy
Breed: Whippet
Age: 1.5
With more outfits than most humans, Rudi is our resident fashionista and professional comfort enthusiast (18-hour napper, certified). He has high standards when it comes to comfort- think maximalist level pillows and blankets, only the cosiest of relaxing spaces for this diva, and he's an outspoken activist advocating for all hounds to be given this level of luxury. He's convinced everyone is going to love him because he knows how great he is—and honestly, he's right. More 'dog person' than 'people person,' he thinks he knows all there is to know about popularity.
